George Brown
George Brown started as a curious guy who, for years, wanted to be involved with the leather community and is now proud to call himself a Leatherman. After winning the title of Cellblock Leatherman in 2005, George went on to compete at IML the same year. Later, he went on to tally or judge several contest including Mr. Chicago leather and Mister International Rubber. George also likes to attend as many leather events and has attended Folsom, Folsom East, CLAW, Leather Leadership Conference, MAL and many others.
After living in Chicago off and on for more then 10 years, George has moved back home to Michigan. Hiking, biking, swimming and kayaking are a few of the activities George enjoys as well as spending time with family and his dog Springer. George also enjoys spending time with the local leather clubs, NIMBUS and The Grand Rapids Rivermen as well as the local country western/line dancing club The Grand River Renegades.
George currently works at the Dunes Resort in Saugatuck/Douglas, Michigan. This is his third year as head tally master for the International Mr. Leather Contest.
